- Trading Name
- C: Personal & Company CV
- D: Personal or Company Financials including audited financials and balance sheets
- E: Business Plan:
- Including turnover projections for 24 months (per month)
- Summarised income and expenditure projection for 24 months
- Projected capital investment
Once in receipt of the above, we will determine the need and or feasibility of your concept in The Mossel Bay Mall.

PARKING
Mossel Bay Mall has recently increased their amount of parking bays whilst expanding the mall for your convenience, covering ± approximately 700 parking bays currently. These parking bays are under constant supervision and safe for shoppers spending their time in our Mall.
SHOPPING HOURS
Mossel Bay Mall Shopping Hours are as follow:
• Monday to Friday: 09:00am - 06:00pm
• Saturday: 09:00am - 05:00pm
• Sundays and Public Holidays: 09:00am - 02:00pm.
